"For the last year and a half we have worked with Lori looking for the "right" house for us in Chatham. Lori spent endless hours showing us close to 30 homes before we found the one that we felt was right for us. We always thought we knew Chatham, having vacationed there many times over the last 40 years, but Lori educated us on so much more from not only the plusses and minuses to each area, but the laws governing wetlands, conservation land, flood plains and building codes. By the time we saw our house we knew instantly we were making the right decision because of everything we had learned from Lori. Lori was always a true professional throughout the long hunt. “We hit the jackpot when we met Lori. My husband & I had been looking for a home on the Cape starting about 10 years ago. In 2003, we put our search on hold due to illness. Last summer, we rented in Chatham, MA specifically to find a summer residence. Without contacting previous realtors, I happened to stop in at a local open house (one of Lori's listings) near a beach we preferred. That July 4th weekend, we began a special relationship with Lori.
Tirelessly, she worked with us scoping the Chatham beach areas. When we didn't find something, she sent special notices to neighbors about our search. We spoke to her daily -- a great deal of the search was initially between she and my husband. Then, when something was really interesting, we all went to have a look. We did all of this in between visits with family . . . not an easy task! At summer's end, we had 3 homes we were toying with. We ended up negotiating the best place long distance from the southwest!
